Information about the holder's capabilities.

The holder is a competent person to move and work safely on masts, towers, and metal trusses. He is able to use the proper knots for rope rigging and anchor systems, safely lift parts and equipment with simple pulley systems, and is competent to perform a rescue from heights using ropes, or a typical pick-off rescue kit.

This training program does not include ascending on ropes, supervision of work at heights, and inspection of fall protection equipment.
