Information about the holder's capabilities.

The holder is a competent person to move and work safely on masts, towers, and metal trusses. He is able to use the proper knots for rope rigging and anchor systems, safely lift parts and equipment with simple pulley systems and perform a rescue at height using ropes, or a standard pick-off rescue kit.
